Administration Assistant- Operations - £18k+ (2112)
The role of Operations Administration Assistant involves;
• Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for processing tasks that require good attention to detail.
• The role provides the opportunity to gain the basic knowledge and skill requirements needed to progress to an Account Executive if desired.
• Working amongst the wider Department, you will be responsible for providing day to day support by completing the assigned work in an efficient and timely manner.
• You will liaise with Account Executives and your Team Leader to verify information
• You will be expected to take ownership for managing your own work volumes and priorities and to produce work of the highest standards
• A flexible approach is essential to ensure the smooth running of the business
• Answering and processing basic enquiries via the telephone
• Building and maintaining relationships with IFA’s and Clients
The successful candidate will have proven customer service skills and will pay close attention to detail. Accuracy and the ability to be analytical are highly desirable. The successful candidate will have the initiative to work independently but will also fit into a team. A flexible and dedicated individual will exceed in the role. The successful candidate will ideally have an understanding of different SIPP, Financial and Pension related products that will be offered to clients in the role, however on the job training will be provided.
Salary is up to £20k along with a rewarding benefits package and support towards developing your career within an award winning firm.
