SSAS and Sipps firm hires KPMG director
Xafinity Consulting has given Ben Bramhall the role of commercial director.
He has been an actuary for over 15 years working in the pensions market, advising both trustees and sponsors, with clients ranging from small private owned businesses to large multinational groups.
Xafinity cited Mr Bramhall's work playing a key role in KPMG's development from a small team to a prominent provider of corporate pensions advisory services as a reason it wanted to recruit him.
Jeff Hunt, managing director, Xafinity, said: "Ben brings with him a wealth of experience and leadership skills in pensions consultancy.

"Specifically, he will be charged with delivering our ambitious new strategic plan, enabling us to offer a greater breadth of services to our existing and new clients."
Mr Bramhall said: "Xafinity has seen many positive changes over the past year and I am delighted that I will be able to contribute to the running and development of the business.
"The team at Xafinity already has a reputation for delivering outstanding service, and I very much look forward to working with them and building on this."
He also spent 12 months at Lucida, a specialist bulk annuity insurer acquired by Legal & General, where he led the deal team responsible for pricing transactions and deal execution.
He will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Xafinity strategic plan for the pensions business including offering a wider range of pensions advisory services.
