James Hay hires platform marketing veteran
Mr Wynne-Jones previously worked as head of marketing at Cofunds before moving into the role of head of retail marketing and protection for Aegon, after the life company purchased Cofunds back in 2016.
He has 10 years’ experience across the two providers and was part of the senior team that worked with advisers to grow AUA from £10bn to over £100bn.
Mr Wynne-Jones has a wealth of marketing and branding experience specifically in the platform market.
Commenting on the appointment, distribution director Paul Bagley said: “It’s great to have Stephen on board.
“His experience of adviser marketing in the platform world is second to none and with the support and backing from our new owners, Epiris, we’re excited about how we can expand the James Hay brand beyond its current strong SIPP heritage.”
