Curtis Banks launches new client portal
The new portal was designed in consultation with advisers and gives, both them and their clients, access to relevant data, anytime and anywhere.
The firm says each user’s portal experience is “automatically customised to suit their plan arrangements and will allow access to up to date information about their SIPP”.
Clients were said to be able to benefit from “enhanced features and functionality” and the portal is “completely responsive to any device on the go including mobile, tablet or desktop”.
Key features of the portal include:
• Ability to view all existing plans
• Investment summary to include; all investment firms linked to the SIPP, list of property, bank accounts, borrowing
• Bank transactions
• Contributions
• Transfers
• Drawdown
• Income
Greg Kingston, group communications director, said: “Delivering this comprehensive functionality in the new secure portal complements the successful launch of Your Future SIPP earlier this year.
“This is an adviser-led delivery, meaning we have worked with advisers to ensure it covers their clients’ wants and needs, allowing them to access information directly.
“Furthermore, users are able to drill down into individual investment holdings, no matter which investment partner is used.
“It creates transparency between the adviser and client and, through increased efficiency, enhances the adviser and client relationship.”
Kevin Forbes, partner, Strategic Solutions said: “The new client portal has vastly improved the way we interact with clients.
“It gives clients a sense of autonomy, through allowing access to information about their investments, whilst also protecting them through limiting the action that can be taken without consulting the adviser first.”
