Ms Nightingale’s new role will see her work for the company’s subsidiary firm, Rowanmoor Personal Pensions Limited.
Within her new role, she will be responsible for Rownanmoor Pensions’ Sipp and the administration of the company’s family pension trust.
As well as her other duties, Ms Nightingale will be in charge of managing third party relationships, including those with investment partners and banks.
Ms Nightingale has over 40 years of experience in the pensions industry and started her career with UK Provident, which is now part of the Aviva Group.
After a spell with James Hay, she joined Rowanmoor Group, where she has previously worked as a senior administrator manager and group Sipp operations manager.
