Based in Cirencester, some travel to Bristol office Recruit UK are representing an award winning FTSE 100 Wealth Management Company who manage a desirable amount of client funds and who continue to acquire new business through their exceptional quality of advice and commitment to building trusted and enduring client relationships.In order to keep up with business demands, our client has Technical Support teams in place to primarily provide email and phone based support to advisers as well as face to face training and training via other media such as webinars and technical literature.The requirement for a technical support Manager has opened up in the Cirencester office to manage, direct and motivate individuals within the Pensions Technical support team. This role will involve managing workloads to ensure deadlines are met, whilst maintaining awareness of team responsibilities and tasks, motivating and coaching your team and addressing any training needs. We are looking for someone with the Level 4 diploma in financial planning and people management experience within Financial Services, someone dynamic and someone who has worked at grass roots management.
