Cheltenham Our client is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Sipp and SSAS Administrator to join their team in Cheltenham to provide efficient and effective administration and ensure that the appropriate regulations are recognised.The successful applicant will manage daily workloads and process all tasks in an efficient, accurate and timely manner, ensuring a high quality service is provided to all stakeholders. Working as part of a team you will research and develop new business via new and existing clients and professional introducers. Other responsibilities include;• Providing clear and concise information to all stakeholders, whilst ensuring standards are met or exceeded.• Liaising with Sipp/SSAS Members, financial advisers and third party fund managers by telephone, email, online and in writing.• Prioritise and organise daily workload, to include; new business, payment of pension commencement lump sum and drawdown income, tax reclaims, HMRC and FCA reporting, investment application and death claims.• Continuously deliver improvements in new business processing and in your personal development• Maintain professional expertise and knowledge levels to the required standardTo be considered by our client, you will have;• Successful experience in a financial services background with an understanding of pension legislation• Knowledge of Sipp and SSAS Administration or pension administration within FSA Regulated environment• Preferably be qualified to RO1, RO2 and RO4 or working towards• Be organised with good attention to detail• Ability to work well as part of a teamAs well as your competitive salary of up to £25k, you will also receive quality support in building your career with backing and reputation of a reputable company.To find out more about this role, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
