SSAS Administrator - £20K - £25k per annum - Bristol (1773) This client is a retirement wealth planning platform with large funds under management and numerous award under their belt.The role of the SSAS Administrator is to be responsible for a front office focused role reporting to a Team Leader and working in a team varying in size from 20 – 30 people within the Bristol based office. The SSAS department currently manages circa. 2,000 Schemes. The SSAS administrator, in addition to maintaining and building relationships with a portfolio of clients will carry out a variety of transactions within agreed SLA’s.The role of SSAS administrator requires the candidate to:• Manage their own portfolio whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy• Answer client queries• Check and complete transfer forms and investment applications• Process all matters related to the wind up of a scheme, re-register investments and complete papers in order to finalise and transfer• Issue credit cheques and raise CHAPS and BACS when appropriateThe successful candidate will possess an excellent attention to detail and have previous experience of being an SSAS Administrator. They must work efficiently in teams in order to deliver a high standard of customer service and be confident with various IT programmes. A strong communicator is required for this role and great interpersonal skills are vital to succeed.
