Your responsibilities will differ from working with new businesses to the closure of others, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both IFAs and Clients.The role of Operations Account Executive requires the candidate to:• Be responsible for the day to day processing of:• New business applications• Payments in and out of Clients’ accounts• Executing trade instructions• Establishing and maintaining Investment Manager Accounts• Update and maintain IFA and Clients details• Provide exceptional customer serviceThe successful candidate will have proven customer service skills and will pay close attention to detail. Accuracy and the ability to be analytical are highly desirable. The successful candidate will have the initiative to work independently but will also fit into a team. A flexible and dedicated individual will exceed in the role.
